On April 20, 2022 Mundi Hotel Enterprises put the first shovel in the ground for the Four Points by Sheraton project. The groundbreaking was the first step for a long-awaited hotel adjacent to the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre.
Agreement in Place for PTCC Hotel

A $1.5 million city land sale and building agreement between the City of Penticton and Ron Mundi of Mundi Hotel Enterprises Inc. will pave the way towards a long awaited hotel adjacent to the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre (PTCC). The planned hotel will feature approximately 100 to 110 rooms, stand six stories tall and include a direct pedestrian connection to the PTCC.

Gathering Our Voices 2013 a citywide success

Over 1,500 Aboriginal youth, chaperones, staff and facilitators from around BC gathered at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre, for the 11th Annual Aboriginal Youth Conference. The national conference, held on the traditional territory of the Okanagan Peoples, was hosted by the BC Association of Aboriginal Friendship Centres (BCAAFC) and the Ooknakane Friendship Centre. Youth between the ages of 14 to 24 participated in workshops and cultural activities, shared their talent, networked and connected with exhibitors at the Career and Education Fair.
