Marcel Bergmann                            Concerto for Two Pianos *
Carl Orff                                            Carmina Burana *~#

The Bergmann Duo are featured in Marcel’s Concerto for Two Pianos and then combine forces with the OSO, massed chorus, and exceptional soloists in the vivid and powerful Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. The 12th Century poetry explores themes of nature, love and fate inspiring music that is exhilarating, driving, and unforgettable. Opening with the famous “O Fortuna”, primal rhythms and raw earthy texts drive this choral and orchestral tour de force through the gamut of emotions, making it one of the greatest of all compositions and a spectacular close to our season.

About the Dream Music Festival
In May 2015 the Dream Café presented the inaugural Dream Music Festival, the most talked about musical event held in Penticton in the last year. The Festival attracted music enthusiasts from around the Okanagan, Vancouver region, Alberta and the Pacific North West of the US to experience an eclectic mix of blues, rock and boogie. Those lucky enough to have been there are still talking about it. The Dream Music Festival is presented in concert format, rather than an ever changing, multiple stage festival. You need to be ready to enjoy the music from the start time. For more information, please click here
