Snacks and Dinner
Bring your appetite, as Chef James and the culinary team have crafted a menu that'll be a Bavarian blast! The Bavarian themed menu includes two dinner features, the “Hearty Party Sausage Plate” and “King Table Chicken Dinner.” For snacks or a light bite, try Chef’s house made Okanagan apple strudel with real whipped cream or a Bratwurst on a bun. Penticton’s very own, A & K Grimm’s Sausage will be making the Weisswurst and Bratwurst sausage. Prost!
