Our in-house culinary team is led by Executive Chef Luke Cosgrove. Inspired by the Okanagan and using the best local ingredients, Chef Luke creates menus that appeal to any group’s desired taste, budget, theme and size. Chef attended action stations, deliciously themed buffets, exquisite plated presentations, and decadent desserts (made by our in-house Pastry Chef) contribute to our food and beverage excellence. Chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, anyone?
