Penticton Information

Penticton location

One of only two cities in the world nestled between two lakes, Penticton is a compact and walkable City, so much so, it is FUEL FREE - almost! Located in the south of the BC's Okanagan Valley’s wine country, Penticton receives over 2,000 hours of sunshine and only 15 inches of rain annually. The long summers and short, mild winters make Penticton a year-round destination for meetings and conventions.

When you’re at the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre the Okanagan activities are endless. Take a break and bust out a board, boat or your wild side. Paddleboarding, boating, kayaking, rock climbing, wine touring, hiking and mountain biking are at your fingertips. In winter, surrounding ski hills offer tubing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing options, with outstanding Okanagan powder.
